At Mystic Kaarigari, every piece is crafted with intention.

If something doesn’t feel right, we believe returns should be handled with clarity, fairness, and respect for both you and the artisans behind the work.

This policy explains when returns or refunds are possible, and how we handle them.

HOW RETURNS & REFUNDS WORK

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery

Eligibility will always be clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • To protect product integrity and hygiene, we do not accept returns for:

    • Customized designs or personalized items

    • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

    • Products returned without original packaging or tags

    This helps us maintain quality standards for all customers.

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@mystickaarigari.com

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer

If the return is due to:

      • A damaged product

      • An incorrect item sent

        we will arrange or reimburse return shipping

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to order a different item:

  • Please return the original item (if eligible)

  • Place a new order separately

This allows faster processing and clearer tracking.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly through:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund, depending on availability

While rare, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Regional disruptions

  • Courier service issues

If your order appears delayed or lost:

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly

To be transparent and fair, we do not:

  • Charge hidden restocking fees

  • Refuse valid returns without explanation
