  • We begin processing orders quickly.

    If you need a change or cancellation, please contact us within a few hours of placing the order. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Availability of COD depends on location and order value.

If available, it will appear as an option at checkout.

Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose accurately.

If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or handcrafted elements.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship across India.

International shipping may be introduced in the future.

Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on location and product type.

Estimated delivery timelines are shared at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and credited to the original payment method.

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.

You may return an eligible item and place a new order.
